Target Fall Goodies!

During my daily weekly runs to my favorite store (Target), I recently have picked up a few fun goodies for fall, and I had to share!  So excited that Princeton is getting cooler already - it feels so amazing out!  

Tribal Cape

(This will be so cute belted, with leggings and boots in the fall - and it's so soft!)

Leather-strap Ankle Booties

(I'm a sucker for ankle boots - love the brown/black combo!)

Pumpkin Chai Tea Latte

(So delicioius!  Now available in Target stores - love it with my almond milk in the morning!)

Sparkling Fruit Drinks 

(Now that I'm totally off of sodas, these sparkling fruit drinks are the perfect substitute!  I like pouring it a wine glass..makes me feel like I'm having a coctail!  And you get 1/2 cup of fruit in each can!)

Sonia Kashuk "Hidden Agenda" Concealer

(My all-time favorite concealer - just picked up my fourth one!  Such a great range of shades to mix and match, creamy, and long-wearing.  And the powder is great for setting.)

NYX Butter Gloss

(Eeeeek!  NYX is sold in Target now!  These butter glosses are the best!)

Plush Elephant

(We can't leave out baby Andrew!  Recently got this elephant as a gift, and I am in love! So soft and sweet!)

Phillip Lim Yellow Satchel 

(Arrrrrgh.  This one is still on my list.  I'm kicking myself for not making it in time to snag this adorable cross-body, but I so wish I had!)

My First Baby Shower!

John and I flew to his hometown, Memphis TN, for my first baby shower over the holiday weekend!!  

It was absolutely incredible - the planning, thoughtfulness, generosity, and love that went into this shower just amazed me.  I am so grateful for the hostesses, my mother-in-law, and for all the guests who came!  Thank you, thank you!!

What a special day!!  Being showered with love and blessings was truly amazing, and I'll always remember this exciting time!  Thanks again to all those who were a part of it!

Sometimes...

sometimes....I catch myself looking into the mirror and not recognizing this bump!  it's REALLY starting to pop right now!

sometimes....I eat an entire bag (like the full-size) of Frito Scoops on the way home from the grocery, because I simply can't stop myself.

sometimes....no, all the time, I wish I lived closer to my fam and best friends.

sometimes....I just stare at baby boy's clothes in his closet, and picture what he'll look like wearing them.

sometimes....I catch myself watching Lifetime Movie Network.....for 5 hours straight.

sometimes....I run out of gas in my car, and my phone dies while trying to call someone for help.  yep, that "sometimes" happened this week, and will hopefully never happen again.

sometimes....I walk into Target for toilet paper, and end up spending $100 on who-knows-what.

sometimes....I wonder why I blog, and I wonder if anyone out there even is reading it.  

sometimes....I forget to wash my makeup off before bed.  I know, gross.

sometimes....my hubby and I play footsie in bed before we fall asleep, like little middle schoolers flirting on the playground.

Sweet Summertime

John and I have been soaking up the last couple of weeks - enjoying this ammmmazing weather, and spending pretty much all of our free time outside and with friends!
