Playin' in Memphis

Last week, John and I took off to Memphis, TN, to visit with family and friends, and also to attend his cousin's wedding!  It was a whirlwind week, filled with several days at the lake, catching up with friends over  BBQ, lots of frozen yogurt, and good ole family time.  We LOVED spending so much time with our sweet nieces and nephews -- being an aunt and uncle is seriously our favorite job right now :)

Roaring Gap Bonanza

The week after John's graduation, we were invited to spend a few days in Roaring Gap, NC at the most beautiful mountain home.  We are so thankful to Jack (and his family!) for letting us stay there -- we had the BEST time!  The weather was perfect, and we spent the days lounging by the lake, kayaking, shooting skeet (John), hanging out with good friends, and enjoying the lovely mountain views.
