Let It Snow

Thursday morning, we woke up to a Winter Wonderland!  Just one week after Hurricane Sandy ripped through our area, we got a snowstorm!  This kind of storm is much prettier to look at though, and I decided to venture out, take a long walk to get coffee and enjoy the beautiful day.

The neighbors were staring as I set up my self-timer and snapped away :)

But that didn't stop me!!

With winter around the corner (we had our first snow today!!), it's so easy to just throw on a chunky sweater and a scarf to stay warm and cozy.  But just because the temperature is dropping, doesn't mean you have to "drop" your style too!  I've seen several chic winter outfits on Pinterest lately that I'm loving - and they all have one thing in common....

Statement necklaces!  Don't pack up all of your big, bold necklaces quite yet!  It's a great way to keep your outfit polished, chic, and sophisticated as the weather gets cooler.
