Frozen Reese's Peanut Butter Pie

You may have seen my post about all things Peanut Butter and Chocolate.  I shared this picture, and revealed that I HAD to have it for my birthday cake this year....

Frozen Reese’s Peanut Butter Pie

Well, I couldn't wait til my birthday.

I made this treat last weekend when friends came over for dinner and it was divine.  Even John, who typically only likes fruity desserts, loved it! It couldn't be easier, either!  No bake, and you mix everything in ONE bowl!  ;)

I adapted it some from the original recipe, didn't add the second layer of cool whip, and also did a different crust.  Here's my recipe, along with pics!

Frozen Reese's Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients:

1 8oz package reduced fat cream cheese
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup sugar or sweetener
1/4 cup skim milk
1 8oz container fat-free Cool Whip
1 pre-made Graham Cracker Crust (or Oreo)
3 tbsp Light Hershey's Syrup
2 bags Reese's Minis Cups (or Reese's Pieces)

Directions:

Mix first 4 ingredients together until smooth
(I used my Kitchen Aid mixer, but you could do this by hand)

Fold in Cool Whip until well blended
(You can also add 1 bag of Reese's Minis to mixture)

Pour mixture over pie crust and drizzle with chocolate syrup, and decorate with remaining bag of Reese's Minis

Chill for at least 4-6 hours (or overnight)

Let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes to soften before serving.  Enjoy!

Such an easy and delicious dessert - perfect for guests or a pot-luck!
Enjoy!
