Rockin' Around NYC

Last weekend, some of our wonderful friends from Duke came into town for the weekend!  We had a blast showing them around Princeton, checking out a few yummy restaurants, and then venturing into NYC for the day. We took the train straight into the city from Princeton, and started off at Bryant Park!  It was the most beautiful day, and we had the best time there (it's one of my favorite spots in NYC) :)

Next, we took a quick stroll through the gorgeous NYC public library - another favorite landmark of mine - and for all you SATC fans - it's Carrie and Big's wedding site!

The rest of the afternoon was spent wandering around midtown, checking out 30 Rock, shopping at Henri Bendels, enjoying the beautiful Central Park, and joining 8 more Duke grads for the most delicious lunch at The Meatball Shop!

Finally, we made our way to the Rockefeller Plaza to see the tree!!  And it was truly magical - such an amazing sight to see!!

On the way home, we stopped by the Macy's window displays - they were extravagant and beautiful!!
It was the best trip - and it really got us all in the Christmas spirit!!
Hope you are all having a lovely week :)

We are in TN, enjoying family time and celebrating the precious birth of our Lord and Savior!
XOXO
