Deep Dish (single serving) Cookie

So....hubs had to work late at work the other night, and while painting my nails, burning my favorite candle (Voluspa: Baltic Amber), and watching HGTV, I got a craving for a chocolate chip cookie.  I probably could have eaten a dozen cookies, but decided that it wasn't the best idea...and I remembered seeing a single serving cookie recipe on Pinterest.  So I looked it up, found my ingredients, and within 2 minutes, I literally was drooling over my latest obsession.
This could get dangerous.

Deep Dish Chocolate Chip Cookie
{single serving}

1 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tbsp. white sugar
1 tbsp. brown sugar
3 drops of vanilla
pinch of salt
1 egg yolk
1/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. chocolate chips

In a bowl, mix together the butter, sugars, vanilla, and egg yolk.
Add in the flour and salt.
Mix until combined.
Add in the chocolate chips.
Put the dough into a small microwaveable bowl, ramekin, or coffee cup.
Microwave for 40-60 seconds or until the cookie looks done.
Best served warm…and with a giant glass of milk!
Enjoy!

XOXO

OMG. I don't know if I should love you or be really mad at you right now. Now that I know this is possible, I'm going to be tempted to do it all the time. Great, because I lovvvve chocolate chip cookies.... bad because my thighs do not ;)
